A one-person studio. No team, no investors, no roadmap deck.
Sharpingknives is a small independent software studio based in Italy. The focus is narrow on purpose: iOS only, a handful of apps at any given time, each one carried end-to-end by a single developer — from the first sketch to the review submission.
Mario is a former software engineer who left consulting to ship his own products full-time. The aim isn't to grow a team or chase a category leader; it's to keep the surface area small enough that each app stays well-built, calmly maintained, and answerable to actual users instead of a backlog.
